There is no doubt Ill be back to Florida quicker than you can imagine and YES, I will always choose one of your wonderful properties to stay in. I found Southern Exposure to be a wonderful fit for our family this trip. It was everything we hoped for and more! From the wonderful fresh clean aroma when we opened the front door to the great views from the pool and our kitchen windows/living room I cant possibly imagine anything else you could have done to make it any better. I dont think I thanked you for the crackers and the goodies left on the counter but they were really yummy. Thank you. I am so happy to recommend you to all our family and friends. Hi, Id like to give some feedback on your villa. We stayed from 6th-23rd July this year. This was our second visit to this villa. We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It is very homely. It is a fantastic place to spend a vacation. I have nothing negative to say. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We did have problem with sugar ants. There were quite a few on the kitchen work surfaces and in the bathroom sink area of the shared Mickey bathroom when we arrived. We reported this to Sue who contacted pest control. They visited us and started treatment. They gave us advice too. Apparently, it was a problem on the outside of the house. It was very quickly dealt with. Sue visited us during our stay and noticed the pool pump wasnt working. It had just stopped as she arrived!! It was very quickly sorted too. Great service and customer care. Florida Concierge treated us very well before and during our stay. We would love to stay here again and are already looking in to booking next summer. Did our home meet your expectations as communicated through our property listing and rental rules? Yes it was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. How would you rate the cleanliness of your rental home? Very clean and ready for my family to come in. the beds were made nicely, the towels were clean, counter tops were clean. I was so happy. We felt like we were at home. How would you rate the amenities in the home? Great....... Is there anything that needs replaced or updated? No What else could we provide to improve your stay? We were extremely pleased with the villa and by the end of the fortnight it felt like home from home. The setting is perfect with a lovely view over the lake at the rear and the conservation area to the front. Great way to start and end the day sitting out by the pool, away from all the hustle and bustle. The villa was more spacious than I imagined it would be and there were plenty of towels, dishes, cutlery and bedding. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, safe, free international telephone calls and free wifi. The villa was extremely clean and we received a call from the management company on the first morning to check that everything was ok. The owner provided a comprehensive list of things to know before we left for our holiday which was very useful. I would recommend staying at this villa and if ever returning to Florida I would definitely want to re-book this property.

We have stayed at this villa before several times over the last years, but each time its more wonderful than the last. The attention to details and cleanliness are what makes this villa stand apart from others. There is EVERYTHING here that you need to be comfortable, and the space is wonderful. Who wants to go on vacation and have all the adults and kids be on top of each other in a hotel room? My kids are older and it was nice to each have our own space to retreat to and relax. Plenty of TVs, plenty of rooms, and the pool was wonderful - clean and beautiful. Huge kitchen, nice to have washer/dryer for laundry. Owner and management are wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Cant say enough about this beautiful property!

We have stayed at this beautiful and secluded home 3 times in the past 5 years and recently have booked our 4th trip! This home gets better and better each year! The privacy is great, close to the parks and far enough away to go for a nice walk around this quiet subdivision. Love the hot tub after spending a long day at Disney or shopping. Friends and family have visited with us and we all think it is simply the best, great value for the money spent.

My family and I spent 2 weeks at this villa and I have to say we had a fantastic time! It was quiet, clean and very comfortable and the view from the pool was amazing. We have been coming to Florida for the past 13 years and this villa is by far the nicest villa I have ever stayed in and hopefully we will be able to stay here again.

We arrived late at night because of flight delays and were extremely delighted to find this beautiful home easy to access, spotlessly clean, and well laid out for our diverse group. We were seven relatives ranging in age from eleven to sixty-five. The pool and hot tub were delightful and private. The kitchen was well equipped and very spacious. The location was terrific, only 15 minutes from Disney. Within a five minute drive were a Publix and a CVS, and more importantly, because of our late arrival, a Papa Johns with a very accommodating server. We adored this home, this vacation, and we hope to do it again very soon.

Sue Feedback on my rental Yes the home was very nice and a little more than we expected and very good location House was very clean and neat when we got there. Overall everything was there and things were in good shape. Only thing that I think should be included is the gas grill. Yes I would consider contacting you again and renting one of your properties. Your prompt attention to service and response to questions etc. far exceeded what I saw from others that I contacted. Yes, we very much enjoyed our stay at the Willows. My family who visited from the Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie area sometimes rent in the Orlando area, and said theyd definitely consider renting the Willows in the future... Thanks again, and we will be in touch prior to our next trip to the Orlando area in hopes that the Willows will be available again.
